Once a User has accepted these Terms and Conditions, he/she may register and avail the Services.
Charge Back
In these Terms and Conditions, the term “Charge Back” shall mean approved and settled credit card or net banking transactions which are refused or reversed by the bank along with penalties and charges.
Server Slow Down / Session Timeout
In case of server issues such as slow down or session timeout:
- If the account is debited, do not make another payment and contact the institute.
- If not debited, you may initiate a new transaction.
Payment Gateway Service Provider shall not be responsible for duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
Limitation of Liability
The Institute and Payment Service Provider shall not be liable for:
- Delay, failure, or corruption of data.
- Errors or interruptions in payment services.
Users acknowledge that online data may be vulnerable to hacking or fraud.
User Responsibility
- Keep User ID and Password confidential.
- Choose strong passwords.
- Be responsible for all transactions under your account.
Debit/Credit Card Details
The User agrees to provide correct and valid payment details and confirms:
- They are authorized to use the card or bank account.
- Details provided are accurate.
- Sufficient balance is available for transactions.
Payment Gateway Disclaimer
The service is provided for online fee payment. Usage is entirely at the user’s risk.
Cancellation Policy
Once payment is made, it cannot be cancelled and no refund will be provided.
Refund Policy
Chargeback Refund: Users must contact the Institute directly.
Fraudulent Transactions: Issues will be handled by the Institute only.
